Ready hachji dachi.

Note: Double scissors block R starts with left fist at right elbow, R down block / L inside block. R straight, L bent. Repeat on L.

  1. Sx block, R ends over left at chest level.

  2. Chamber R, punch over L, chamber punch under L, turn into backF.

  3. Left foot x front, R arm dows wide o down, shrugging shoulder, punch.

  4. L Sx block, end with L arm over R at chest level.

  5. R foot x in front, L backF, chamber L punch below R, again over, turn over to backF.

  6. R foot x in front, wide circle L with shoulder shrug, punch.

  7. R clear, L hook across, L foot x over.

  8. Sx R with kiup.
