Think of a line going through your center on the floor. You want to be centered on this line during the form. Bring arms up by at your sides parallel to the ground palms down. Step in to line with left tilting right. Step in to line right tilting left. Hands come together in front in “sun and moon” clasp, which is open left around closed right, right thumb hidden. Arms straight.

Shift 1/4 turn left using a slight push from ball of right foot. Left foot shifts behind, keeping you centered on the line.

Step forward right (make sure you don’t veer off the line.), left foot comes behind. Arms make a circular motion and end in a right back fist, left open hand supporting. Emphasis on down strike.

Turn 1/4 left to face rear, step out left into a front stance (don’t veer off line), left back fist, right punch, right back fist.

Chamber fists by your left ear, 1/2 turn right stepping out right. Right side hammer fist and then left. Right punch.

Rright back fist. Twist body to left when starting right back fist. Look right bringing left fist across right to form an X. Left high block plus right down block both done as right knee comes up. Chamber fists by your right ear, right outside hammer fist as you put your knee down. Left punch and right chamber, right punch and left back fist.

Chamber both hands right, sink into horse stance.

Left spear hand, right punch, right back fist, left punch, left back fist, right punch.

Left foot comes in as you turn your hips to the left, hands go back, right to face, left low. , step forward right, right knife hand block into back stance. Repeat on right, again on left. Step back right, right spear hand with kiup. Right side kick, turning 180 degrees into left knife hand block with back stance. Step forward right into right knife hand block with back stance.

Right foot slides back, closed hands chamber on either side. Fists come up the middle with forearms touching. Break outwards. Right knee comes up, place knee down and make short hop to bring left in with hourglass stance, double uppercut. Left punch as right knee comes up, right in chamber. Step out into front stance with right foot forward, right punch, left to chamber.

Turn head to look over left shoulder leaning back and raising left arm in a high block, right to chamber.
Shift left hand to guard face as you turn 180 by stepping out left, right groin palm strike. Left down block, pull right hand up elbow at 90 degrees. -
Slide in left foot face to right.

Left foot steps out, right inside crescent kick while turning 90 degrees to the left ending in horse stance, right down block to the side.

Turn left 90 degrees, right spear hand, followed by left knife hand block. Turn palm to side, inside cresent kick with right foot, turning 90 degrees into horse stance with right cross elbow. Right low punch down.

Left down punch, right down punch. Chamber both fists to the left, turn 90 degrees to the right step out right, double punch.

Chamber fists right, pull in right foot, left inside crescent kick, place it down, double punch.

Chamber fists left, pull in left foot, right inside crescent kick, place it down in front, double punch.

Turn 180 to the left, left foot stepping out. Swing arms in large circle, end with left in chamber and right back fist. Punch down left, left back fist.

Both arms back on left side, right at your face, left foot crosses over front, right step on right diagonal, right knife hand. Repeat on left side with kiup.

Arms bo back to your left side as left foot comes in. Slow right knife hand.
Second Half #

Left punch, step forward left with left back fist, right foot behind.
