Prep: Attention stance, bow, pull out sword from left, left foot back, sword at angle in front.

  1. Shuffle fowrard r/l thrust sword point forward. Bring sword over left shoulder into a diagonal cut across front leg. Shuffle back.

  2. Like (1), but left foot steps in front, sword goes over right shoulder and diagonal cut in front of left leg.

  3. Small shuffle back, right foot steps back as you bring sword up over right shoulder into diagonal cut across front leg.

  4. L/r/l backward move, bringing sword up over left shoulder into diagonal cut over front.
