  1. Step forward R, straight punch R.
  2. Step forward L, straight punch L [kiup].
  3. Step back L, straight punch R.
  4. Step back R, straight punch L [kiup].
  5. 1/4 turn R, high block R.
  6. Step forward L, high block L [kiup].
  7. Step back L, high block R.
  8. Step back R, high block L [kiup].
  9. 1/4 turn R, inside block R.
  10. Step forward L, inside block L [kiup].
  11. Step back L, inside block R.
  12. Step back R, inside block L [kiup].
  13. 1/4 turn R, outside block R.
  14. Step forward L, outside block L [kiup].
  15. Step back L, outside block R.
  16. Step back R, outside block L [kiup]
  17. 1/4 turn R, step forward R, X block high, open hand (L/R).

  1. Step forward R, straight R punch.
  2. Step forward L, L/R punch [kiup].
  3. 1/4 turn R, L rising block.
  4. Step forward L, R rising block, L/R punch [kiup].
  5. 1/4 turn R, inside block L.
  6. Step forward L, R inside block, L/R punch [kiup].
  7. 1/4 turn R, L outside block.
  8. Step forward L, R outside block, L/R punch [kiup].
  9. 1/4 turn R, X block high (L/R open hand).
  10. X block low.
  11. Chamber R.
  12. R straight punch, L to chamber [kiup].

White Belt Blocking Form 3 #

Note: The hand chamber in this form is done by placing both hands at your waist with a fist against your palm (vertical palm). There is a rhythm to the moves: 1-2, 3-4, 5-6, 7-8-9.

  1. Extend L arm slowly, palm vertical, making a hissing sound. R fist sto chamber.
  2. R cross elbow into L palm.
  3. R backfist forward.
  4. L vertical palm to chin level.
  5. R up elbow, L chamber.
  6. R down elbow.
  7. R side elbow.
  8. R down elbow to side.
  9. R side uppercut. [K]
  10. Chamber hands right, step forward L.
  11. Repeat of 1. - 9 on opposite side.
  12. Chamber hands left, step back L.
  13. Repeat 11. on opposite side.
  14. Chamber hands on right, step back R.
  15. Repeat 13. on opposite side.

White Belt Blocking Form 4 #

  1. Step out R into back stance, look L daigonal, R outside block + L knife hand.
  2. R punch.
  3. Cat stance, L foot in front, L down block.
  4. L front kick, place it down.
  5. R punch.
  6. Look over R shoulder, turn to face R diagonal, L outside block + R knife hand.
  7. L punch.
  8. Cat stance, R foot in front, R down block.
  9. R front kick, place it down.
  10. L punch.
  11. Look over L shoulder, turn 3/4 to L, R outside block + L knife hand.
  12. Repeat 2-5
  13. Look over L shoulder, turn almost 360 degrees to face L side, R outside block, L knife hand.
  14. Repeat 2-5
  15. Look over R shoulder, turn R almost 180 degrees to R diagonal, L outside block + R knife hand.
  16. Haci dachi, heso kiba dachi, bow.
