Note: The hand chamber in this form is done by placing both hands at your waist with a fist against your palm (vertical palm). There is a rhythm to the moves: 1-2, 3-4, 5-6, 7-8-9.
- Extend L arm slowly, palm vertical, making a hissing sound. R fist sto chamber.
- R cross elbow into L palm.
- R backfist forward.
- L vertical palm to chin level.
- R up elbow, L chamber.
- R down elbow.
- R side elbow.
- R down elbow to side.
- R side uppercut. [K]
- Chamber hands right, step forward L.
- Repeat of 1. - 9 on opposite side.
- Chamber hands left, step back L.
- Repeat 11. on opposite side.
- Chamber hands on right, step back R.
- Repeat 13. on opposite side.

- Step out R into back stance, look L daigonal, R outside block + L knife hand.
- R punch.
- Cat stance, L foot in front, L down block.
- L front kick, place it down.
- R punch.
- Look over R shoulder, turn to face R diagonal, L outside block + R knife hand.
- L punch.
- Cat stance, R foot in front, R down block.
- R front kick, place it down.
- L punch.
- Look over L shoulder, turn 3/4 to L, R outside block + L knife hand.
- Repeat 2-5
- Look over L shoulder, turn almost 360 degrees to face L side, R outside block, L knife hand.
